The Ante-and-Play Bets in Three Card Poker
The ante-and-play bet is one of the two most important components of the three card poker game, the other one being the pairplus. These two cause the fun and excitement in this very game. Without them, this three-card game would just be another boring card game.
The ante-and-play bets usually go like this. Before players can receive their cards, they are first required to put an ante bet. After this, the players can take a quick glance at their cards. A straight would give players a bonus which is the same amount as their ante bets. Meanwhile, those who can form a three-of-a-kind can get a payout that is four times their ante bets. On the other hand, players who can form a straight flush card combination would get five times more than their ante bets.
